Gabriel Weintraub is a Manager in the global Intellectual Property Disputes practice of Ocean Tomo, a part of J.S. Held, based in New York.
Gabriel has experience supporting expert testimony in high-stakes litigation involving primarily the quantification of damages relating to patent, trademark, and copyright infringement, as well as trade secret misappropriation and breach of contract. Gabriel is experienced in conducting analyses such as lost profits, unjust enrichment, and reasonable royalty calculations, among others. He has further consulted on a wide range of matters, including commercial disputes, transaction advisory, transfer pricing, and bankruptcies.
Prior to joining Ocean Tomo, Gabriel was a consultant at Ankura Consulting Group (formerly Navigant Consulting). For over five years, Gabriel consulted with clients on a breadth of IP matters, focusing primarily on expert testimony support.
Gabriel holds the FINRA Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent) and Series 79 (Investment Banking Representative) license.
