Liza Bloomer

Liza Bloomer directs the recruiting efforts for all offices of Ocean Tomo. She is also responsible for managing the training programs for the firm.

Previously, Ms. Bloomer served as a Managing Director in the Expert Testimony practice. In this role she focused primarily on damages expert witness testimony in intellectual property infringement lawsuits, IP valuation, and general intellectual property licensing assistance.

Prior to joining Ocean Tomo, Ms. Bloomer was a partner at an IP consultancy. While there, her efforts were focused on intellectual property infringement actions, valuation and general licensing.

Ms. Bloomer holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University.
